Thank you for shopping with Madanai Health & Fitness. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- A proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at https://madanai.com/pages/contact with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
3. Return Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at info@madanai.com
