  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM GMT may be processed the next working day.
  • During busy periods, sales, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.


2. UK Shipping

Standard UK Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping cost calculated at checkout

Free UK Delivery

We offer FREE UK delivery on orders over £35.  

Express Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days
  • Additional charges apply and are shown at checkout

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on courier delays or peak periods.


3. International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations.

International Delivery Times

  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers may be responsible for:

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.


4. Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
